It is always super important to stay hydrated, and of course water is the best way to do so! So many people just don't like to drink plain water though which is why having a fruit infuser water bottle is essential - just as important in the winter months as it is summer, when the central heating is on and there is no moisture in the air.
When you are dehydrated you are likely to feel tired, get headaches and even be constipated. Lots of my friends say, 'but when I drink lots of water I always need to go to the toilet - and that's annoying!'. My answer is always, once your body becomes used to drinking more (water ideally!) then it will start to use it properly and toilet trips will lessen! I know when I am properly hydrated how good it makes me feel :).
Another issue with my friends is that they do not like water! They will drink coffee, cola, sports drinks, anything but water. Obviously any drink is better than nothing, but these kind of drinks can dehydrate you and are often full of sugar. Not good!
