It's a wonderful time of the year, when we get together with family for Thanksgiving and relax - however it is very easy to over indulge.
Here is a fruit water recipe which will stop you from feeling bloated and help increase your metabolism and as a result burn fat!
Grapefruit, cucumber, lemon, lime and mint (optional) - this fruit infused water will cleanse all the body of toxins from over indulging. The grapefruit is high in enzymes which will burn fat, the cucumber will stop that horrid bloated feeling and the lemon and lime aid digestion. The mint is for extra flavor - if so desired.
I would prepare this before bedtime, infuse overnight in the fridge, and drink 2-3 glasses in the morning to kick start my metabolism and start the day hydrated - a great feeling! Enjoy!
